• This bundle covers single-unit crowns and bridges on tooth preparation.

• Implant cases, gold crowns, and porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns are not included.

• Material type are limited to  Zirconia and Lithium Disilicate.

• A credit account will be created under your practice name.

• Invoices to be send to your nominated email address.

• This is an on-account purchase with invoices to be issued over 5 equal monthly instalments of $4,500 plus GST.

• First invoice is due on 29/11/2024 and the final invoice on 29/03/2025.

• All payments must be received by 31/03/2025 to avoid a 10% late payment fee.

• Bundle must be used by 31 December 2025.
